Utility costs such as water/sewer/trash/gas/electricity are included in a flat rate utility package, currently priced at $125 /month for 1 Bedroom apartments and $150/month for 2 bedroom apartments.
Dogs and domestic cats weighing less than 25 pounds are allowed. We have a beautiful dog park on the premises. Pending approval by management, most breeds of dogs are acceptable. Dogs must not act aggressive at any time or bark excessively.
At the Villa at San Mateo there is beautiful Guest Suite that is available for a very low daily rate for all of its residents for their guests.
Yes. We do require renters insurance with $100,000 liability coverage upon move-in. Residents may use the insurance company of their choice, as long as they meet our requirements.
The Villa accepts check, money orders or cashier’s check. Residents may drop off their check in the check deposit box outside the leasing office. Residents may also mail their checks.
The Villa has an incredible maintenance staff who manage the properties’ repairs. After hours there is an emergency contact number that is manned by a staff member.
Yes! There is a bus stop for the El Camino Real Sam Trans line as well as two Cal-Tran stops within walking distance.
There is an annual increase in the rent.
There is onsite parking available for residents at no additional charge.
Plans have been drawn up for a major remodel of the lobby and common areas.
There is an early termination fee for breaking the lease.
